We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
In general, the delivery within the Czech Republic will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Shipping to other countries within the EU usually takes 1 to 4 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
